Tucker Roemer has experience in multi-family construction management and has worked for nearly five years in construction litigation consulting and dispute resolution. Tucker’s expertise includes schedule delay and cost overrun analysis for disputes up to $600M. The projects Tucker consults on include heavy highway construction, high-rise hotels, wind and solar farms, manufacturing facilities, nautical vessels, and multi-family apartments. In addition, Tucker has developed presentations for contractors focused on improving project controls and schedule updating and reporting. He works closely with clients to identify and achieve the best results on every project.
