Mohit Kadam is an experienced Project Scheduler with 6+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, planning, project controls, and lean strategies. He coordinates and participates in planning, review, road mapping, and training sessions. Mohit’s ability to recognize risk and issues allows him to successfully resolve conflicts, provide support to the project team, and foster continuous improvement throughout the duration of the project. Mohit has in-depth knowledge of contracts, RFI’s, CORs, billing, and invoicing; is an expert in Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD; and is a certified Scrum Master.
