He is a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. Chris’s expertise in large capital improvement projects spans various industries, including utilities, telecommunications, and transportation. Chris has experience working for a public agency, for various contractors, and as a consultant. He is often placed on troubled projects to help teams get back on track to meet goals and ensure successful delivery.
