Matthew has nearly four years of experience in the construction industry as a disputes and advisory consultant. His experience is focused on forensic delay analysis and damage quantum. He has worked on projects originating in several Latin American countries and is fluent in Spanish. Matthew is proficient in Primavera P6 and Deltek Acumen Fuse. He regularly analyzes CPM schedules, reviews schedule updates, and performs time impact analyses, windows analyses, performs half-step analyses, and as-planned vs. as-built analyses.
