Joshua Verret is an experienced construction scheduling and project controls
professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting large-scale infrastructure
and heavy civil projects. He leads the development and maintenance of complex,
resource-loaded CPM schedules to support timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Joshua works closely with field production teams to track quantity progress, forecast
completion dates, and support accurate monthly schedule updates. He prepares and
delivers comprehensive schedule narratives and reports to project and client leadership,
ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Joshua routinely leads detailed lookahead and planning sessions, reviewing weekly and monthly work plans with multidisciplinary project teams and providing discipline-specific lookahead schedules to support tactical field operations. His expertise includes utilizing Primavera P6 to forecast craft labor and material utilization, applying earned value management (EVM) techniques to evaluate performance and identify variances, and performing critical path, delay, and time impact analyses to assess schedule health and develop mitigation strategies. He is highly skilled in building detailed schedule logic to reflect evolving project scope, construction methodologies, and risk conditions.
