John Pollard is a construction consulting professional with over six years of experience supporting construction claims, dispute resolution, forensic schedule analysis, and project advisory engagements. He has worked with contractors, subcontractors, owners, and legal counsel on matters involving schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity impacts, change orders, and construction damages across a variety of infrastructure, industrial, energy, commercial, and transportation projects.

John’s experience includes critical path method (CPM) schedule analysis, delay and disruption assessments, damages quantification, and document-intensive investigations in support of mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and expert witness assignments. He has helped prepare expert reports and claims analyses while collaborating with project stakeholders to evaluate project impacts and develop practical solutions.

In addition to dispute-related consulting, John provides project advisory services focused on scheduling, project controls, risk mitigation, and claims avoidance. He is proficient in a range of scheduling and project controls software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Deltek Acumen Fuse, Asta Powerproject, as well as tools such as Relativity, Microsoft Visio, Timeline, MATLAB, and ABBYY FineReader.
