Benjy Walters is a construction management professional with 30 years of experience in scheduling, earned value, and cost controls. Benjy has worked on numerous industrial projects that include power, LNG, petrochemical, and marine terminals on behalf of general contractors, program management teams, and project owners. Benjy’s expertise includes project auditing, risk management, schedule analysis, change management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Benjy has helped numerous large to mega-sized projects improve their forecasting accuracy related to earned value, schedule, and cost at completion. Benjy has also worked with teams across multiple continents to establish initial baseline systems for earned value, schedule, cost, and reporting to align with corporate and client requirements. Benjy is experienced in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Acumen Fuse as well as multiple earned value and financial systems.
