Miguel Colón is a construction management professional with 12 years of experience in project oversight and controls, schedule delay analysis, cost and performance compliance audits, and field inspection. Miguel has worked on numerous large infrastructure projects that include major bridges, active/non-active light rail, rapid transportation, water/desalination plants, roadway improvements, and conveyance pipeline projects on behalf of general contractors and client-based primes/subs as a third-party consultant and designer. Miguel’s claims expertise includes scope changes, schedule impacts, errors and omissions, responsibility assignments, payment application reviews, and positional dispositions related to contractual requirements. He has created numerous visual tools for use in a variety of negotiations.

Miguel is experienced in a variety of leading industry scheduling programs, including Primavera P6 and MS Project. He can manage and evaluate complex schedules, change order requests, and disputes in a way that facilitates his client’s’ ability to mitigate risk and work toward timely resolution of outstanding issues.
