Patrick Driscoll is an Associate Director with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience encompasses project controls and scheduling for a variety of sectors, including hospitality, aviation, commercial, housing, public works, utilities, and government projects up to $2 billion. Patrick works hand in hand with preconstruction, operations, and claims/project controls staff to streamline scheduling workflow and best practices. He collaborates among cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Patrick actively supports projects by providing weekly/monthly updates, time impact analyses, as-builts, and close-out procedures. He has managed a team of scheduling professionals and developed P6 courses for internal training and workshops. In addition, Patrick has assisted with claims and dispute resolution.
