Rob van den Heuvel has 17+ years in the construction industry including 11+ years of project controls experience in natural gas and renewable energy construction and 6 years of forensic schedule and cost analysis for large industrial and commercial projects. Rob was the lead construction scheduler for a $1.6 billion, 280 megawatt (two 140 megawatt) solar plant in Gila Bend, Arizona. Rob is highly skilled at working with clients in the development and maintenance of project schedules and delay mitigation. His experience includes critical path analysis, schedule comparisons, fragnets, anaylsis and calculation of damages, allocation of damages, claim development and expert report development.
